Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services are digital and time-based, refunds depend on the project stage:

1. Before Work Starts
If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund minus any processing fees.

2. After Work Starts
Once work has started (planning/design/development), the deposit is non-refundable because time and resources have been used.

3. Milestone Payments
If a project is canceled after a milestone is delivered, charges will reflect work completed up to that point.

4. Disputes
If you have concerns, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve issues fairly.
